1. Purpose
This notice explains candidate profile handling for TeckyGuys, Partner jobs and optional talent-network matching. It supplements the Privacy Policy and is not authorization for an employment background check.
2. Candidate information
You may provide your resume, contact information, employment history, education, credentials, skills, preferred roles, location and availability. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted.
3. Applying to TeckyGuys jobs
When you apply to a TeckyGuys or Chrome Tech LLC opportunity, you request that authorized recruiting personnel review and process your application for that role.
4. Applying to Partner jobs
When you apply to a participating employer opportunity through TeckyGuys, you request that the application and relevant profile information be made available to that employer and authorized recruitment staff for the advertised role. The application interface should identify the receiving employer.
5. Talent Network matching – optional
Joining the Talent Network for consideration for future opportunities is separate from applying to a specific job. The registration flow should offer a clear, optional choice before a profile is shared with additional employers for future opportunities. Withdrawal stops new optional sharing but cannot recall information already lawfully received.
6. External opportunities
An external job link takes you to the original employer or authorized site. Clicking the link does not submit an application through TeckyGuys and does not authorize sharing your resume with that employer.
7. Communications
Transactional account and application messages may be necessary to provide requested services. Marketing emails and promotional texts require any separate consent mandated by law and must offer appropriate opt-out options.
8. Sensitive documents and screening
Do not upload government identifiers or sensitive documents unless requested through a secure workflow. Background checks using covered consumer reports require a separate compliant disclosure and authorization.
9. Your choices
You can update profile details, withdraw optional matching permission and request account closure or privacy assistance at info@chrome-tech.com. Some records may be retained as required by law.
10. Recommended interface wording
Required job application acknowledgment: “I understand my application and relevant profile details will be shared with the employer identified for this position for recruitment purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.” Optional unchecked matching consent: “I would also like TeckyGuys to consider my profile for future opportunities and share relevant details with participating employers.” Do not precheck optional consent.
11. Acceptance record
Record user ID, notice version, timestamp, specific job/employer, consent type and any later withdrawal. Effective date: [insert].
