Welcome to TeckyGuys, a technology education, career development, recruitment, and workforce solutions platform operated by Chrome Tech LLC.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TeckyGuys website, job portal, candidate and employer dashboards, training services, recruitment services, and related platform features.

By creating an account, submitting an application, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Platform Services

TeckyGuys provides or facilitates technology training and career development; candidate registration and professional profiles; internal and partner job opportunities; external job discovery and listings; job applications and recruitment management; employer registration and verification; candidate screening and qualification verification; workforce recruitment, staffing, and placement; and employment-related notifications and communications. Certain services may be subject to additional agreements or eligibility requirements.

3. Categories of Job Opportunities

3.1 TeckyGuys Jobs

These are opportunities advertised directly by TeckyGuys or Chrome Tech LLC, including employment, contract, project-based, and workforce deployment opportunities. Candidates may register, create profiles, and submit applications through the TeckyGuys platform. Applications may be reviewed by authorized recruitment personnel. Submitting an application does not guarantee employment, an interview, or placement.

3.2 Partner Employer Jobs

These are opportunities submitted by employers or organizations participating in the TeckyGuys recruitment network. Candidates may register and apply through TeckyGuys. Application information may be shared with the relevant employer or authorized recruitment personnel for recruitment purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. The participating employer retains responsibility for its hiring decisions unless a separate written agreement establishes a different arrangement.

3.3 External Job Opportunities

TeckyGuys may display publicly available job opportunities obtained from approved third-party sources, authorized job feeds, public employment databases, and employer websites. These listings help visitors discover employment opportunities. Unless expressly stated otherwise, TeckyGuys is not the employer, does not claim a recruitment agreement with the employer, and does not receive or manage applications submitted through external websites. Applications must be submitted through the original employer or authorized application website. TeckyGuys does not control the employer’s recruitment or hiring decisions. External listings should identify their original source and provide an appropriate application link. TeckyGuys may update, correct, or remove them at any time.

4. External Job Listing Disclaimer

TeckyGuys makes reasonable efforts to display accurate information obtained from authorized sources. External opportunities may change, expire, or be withdrawn without notice. TeckyGuys does not guarantee continued availability, third-party information accuracy, candidate eligibility, interviews, offers, or employment. Users should verify requirements, compensation, eligibility, location, and deadlines with the hiring organization. Displaying an external opportunity does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or an employment relationship.

5. Candidate Registration and Accounts

Candidates may register for a TeckyGuys account to access recruitment and career services. Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and maintain the security of their login credentials. TeckyGuys may restrict or suspend accounts associated with fraudulent information, impersonation, or misuse. Registration does not guarantee employment or placement.

6. Candidate Profiles and Resumes

Candidates may provide names, contact details, education and employment history, skills, certifications, resumes, preferred locations, work arrangements, availability, and career interests. Candidates are responsible for accuracy. TeckyGuys may process and share information with authorized employers and recruitment personnel as necessary for requested services, consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Candidates should not upload sensitive identification or financial documents unless requested through a secure process.

7. Job Applications and Recruitment

For TeckyGuys and Partner jobs, applications may be submitted and managed through the platform. Applications may be reviewed by recruitment personnel or employers; employers determine eligibility and hiring; interviews, assessments, verification, or documentation may be required; and applying does not guarantee selection. For external jobs, candidates must follow the original employer’s application procedures. TeckyGuys may record outbound clicks for analytics subject to its Privacy Policy. An outbound click does not constitute an application submitted through TeckyGuys.

8. Employer Responsibilities

Employers must provide truthful business information, advertise legitimate opportunities, and comply with applicable employment, wage, anti-discrimination, privacy, and recruitment laws. Employers must not publish fraudulent jobs, misrepresent compensation or working conditions, request unauthorized applicant payments, misuse candidate information, unlawfully discriminate, or use candidate contact information for unrelated solicitation without authorization. TeckyGuys may review, reject, suspend, or remove employer accounts and postings that violate these Terms. Verification does not guarantee employer conduct or financial standing.

9. Recruitment, Staffing, and Placement Services

TeckyGuys may facilitate recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, workforce coordination, staffing, and placement. Services may be performed by Chrome Tech LLC or authorized partners. Employer engagements may be governed by separate written agreements specifying fees, payment terms, responsibilities, insurance, and service conditions. Creating a candidate account does not establish an employment relationship with TeckyGuys or Chrome Tech LLC. Direct employment or contractor engagements may be governed by separate agreements.

10. Training and Academy Services

TeckyGuys Academy provides technology education, skills development, and professional training, including self-paced courses, instructor-led programs, practical laboratories, and third-party learning platforms. Training does not guarantee employment, certification, or placement. Third-party examinations and credentials follow issuing organizations’ requirements. Academy enrollment is optional and is not required to browse or apply for ordinary jobs. Additional terms may apply to paid programs.

11. Fees and Payments

Candidate registration, access to public job listings, and ordinary job applications are free. TeckyGuys may charge employers for recruitment, staffing, workforce solutions, or other commercial services under separately disclosed terms. Optional Academy programs or premium services may involve fees. Charges, cancellation policies, and refund terms will be disclosed before payment. TeckyGuys does not charge candidates placement fees for ordinary employment opportunities.

12. Background Checks and Verification

Certain positions may require verification of identity, employment history, qualifications, certifications, or background information. Where a covered employment background report is obtained through a consumer reporting agency, applicable laws including the Fair Credit Reporting Act may require separate written disclosures, authorization, and other procedures. Accepting these Terms does not constitute authorization for a background check. Requirements vary by position, employer, and jurisdiction.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

TeckyGuys collects and processes personal information to operate accounts, facilitate applications, support recruitment, and deliver training. Information may include resumes, employment history, contact information, certifications, and application records. The separate Privacy Policy describes applicable information practices, retention, disclosure, security measures, and user rights. Private candidate documents are restricted to authorized users and permitted recipients.

14. Communications

Users may receive communications about accounts, applications, recruitment opportunities, training, and administration. Promotional emails and text messages will be handled according to applicable consent requirements. Users may unsubscribe from optional marketing through available methods.

15. Acceptable Use

Users must not submit fraudulent profiles or applications; impersonate others; publish false jobs; upload malicious software; attempt unauthorized system access; harass or discriminate; collect candidate information without authorization; use automated scraping without permission; or violate applicable laws or third-party rights. TeckyGuys may suspend or terminate access for material violations.

16. Third-Party Websites

TeckyGuys may link to external employers, job boards, training platforms, and other independent services. Such sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. TeckyGuys is not responsible for independent third-party content, actions, or availability except where required by law.

17. Intellectual Property

The TeckyGuys name, branding, original platform content, training materials, and website features are owned by Chrome Tech LLC or licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit protected materials without authorization. Users retain ownership of original resumes and submitted professional information and grant TeckyGuys a limited license to process them as necessary to provide authorized services.

18. Employment Disclaimer

TeckyGuys does not guarantee employment, interviews, offers, minimum compensation, or continued assignments. Hiring decisions remain with the applicable employer. Training completion does not guarantee placement. Nothing limits legal rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeckyGuys and Chrome Tech LLC are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Separate commercial agreements may establish additional responsibilities or limitations.

20. Account Suspension and Termination

TeckyGuys may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, security risks, unlawful conduct, or material violations. Users may request closure through support. Certain records may be retained where necessary for legal, contractual, security, or compliance purposes.

21. Changes to These Terms

TeckyGuys may update these Terms to reflect service, operational, or legal changes. The latest version will be published on the website. Where required, users will receive notice of material changes and an opportunity to provide necessary consent.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Texas law, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections. Disputes will be handled by courts with appropriate jurisdiction unless a separate valid agreement provides otherwise.
