Service Model Disclosure
TeckyGuys Academy is a workforce training institution and service facilitator operating under Chrome Tech LLC. Field services are delivered through a network of independent contractors and/or affiliated service partners. Technicians deployed for projects operate as independent contractors unless explicitly designated otherwise in a written agreement. TeckyGuys Academy and Chrome Tech LLC do not guarantee the availability of specific technicians. A binding relationship is established only through a signed service agreement. Submission of a project request does not create:
An employment relationship
A staffing agreement
A partnership
An agency relationship
Important Limitations
Project outcomes, performance standards, warranties (if any), and service-level commitments are defined exclusively within the signed service agreement. Clear written scope documentation is required prior to scheduling. TeckyGuys Academy and Chrome Tech LLC are not responsible for:
